As a Primal Health Coach, I focus on an ancestral approach to working with the body. This includes working on 5 main areas of health:

With a focus on higher protein, moderate fat and lower carbohydrate nutrient dense real foods.

Frequent movement throughout the day combined with strength work and the occasional sprint if possible. We start where you are and grow! You are stronger than you think you are.

Helpful strategies to manage stress, from the small daily habits to larger practices that you will enjoy.

Sleep

Prioritizing good quality sleep that allows the body to recover and re-energise. Healing is possible within a rested body. Metabolism is improved. I will give you the strategies to sleep WELL.

Simple ways to avoid unnecessary toxins in our environment. This is a much bigger area of concern than most know. No fear mongering just real world doable ways to reduce the toxic burden from your body.
